Detailed Product Description

General Info

1. P20 for mould base plate, all plates will be nickel plated, the HRC is 30c.

2. ASSAB STAVAX ESR(S-136) (SWEDEN) or 2316(Germany) for core, cavity and neck ring, the HRC is 48-50C.

3. Graphite copper plate under slide plate, with better lubrication effect.

4. The valve pin adopt from JAPAN, with material SKD61 and SKH51, The HRC is 48-51 and 59-61.

5. The nozzle will adopt the material Beryllium bronze with HRC 38.

6. The mini coil heater is from Italy Rotfil.

7. Two choice temperature controller: PID type and Insert card type.

 (2) OTHER DETAILS:

1. The weight tolerance is +/- 0.5gram (depend on the total weight of the perform)

2. The thickness tolerance is +/- 0.1mm (depend on the length of the perform)

3. There is cooling system on core, cavity, neck screw and slide plate, with better cooling system so that can reduce the cycle time

4. The guarantee of the mould is 5,000,000 shots

5. There will be the serial number on each neck of the preform
