32cavity 28mm PCO 17.5gram PET preform mould(Same as HUSKY structure)
description:
1) Core, cavity, neck part of the mold employ 2316(Germany) or S136 stavax (ASSAB from Sweden),The HRC is 45C.
2) Mold plate will use the P20 or 718, all plate are being nickel plating. the HRC is 28 C.
3)Graphite copper plate under slide plate,guide push with copper material.
4) Valve spins will use the material SKD61 and SKH51 ,the HRC is 4852C and 59--61C.
5) Nozzle from Japan,will use the material Beryllium bronze with HRC 38C
6) Two type temperature controller for choose,PID and insert card type.Insert card from SINO,Korea.
7) Good cooling system.There is also cooling system on core,cavity,neck,slide plate.
8) The weight tolerance is +/- 0.1gr(depend on the weight of the preform)
9) The thickness tolerance is +/- .0.05mm(depend on the length of the preform)
10) Delivery time:60days
11) The guarantee of the mold is more than 5,000,000 shots
